About this Event
This evening is all about tuning into our bodies through somatic techniques, such as, EFT Tapping and Breathwork. Combining these modalities is very powerful and will be a sure fire way to clear us out and gain insight and clarity -- all while having fun!
We'll start with a quick meditation. Then move into some shaking/movement (often referred to as somatic expereincing). Then we'll workshop a topic as a group to prepare us for EFT Tapping. Then lay down and float away with some breathwork.
No experience needed for this event. It's going to be fun, expansive, and you'll walk away learning some new tools that you can use on your own. So come as you are and leave feeling refreshed and balanced.
What to expect:
- Meditation to settle in
- Somatic Experiencing (SE); moving and shaking our bodies to release anything stagnant. Making ourselves clear vessels for the evening.
- EFT Tapping; we will journal, discuss, and workshop a specific topic. Then I will guide us through an EFT tapping sequence.
- Breathwork; guided breathwork to fully relax and integrate.
