A Note About Your Immersion
Our daily schedule thoughtfully combines guided practices, lectures, experiential learning, and opportunities for personal reflection and integration.
A detailed daily curriculum will be shared with registered participants before the immersion.
At the heart of our teachings is the belief that stillness is not simply the absence of movement, but an opportunity to cultivate awareness, connection, and a deeper understanding of ourselves.
We look forward to welcoming you to Edinburgh for this beautiful journey into the art and science of Yoga Nidrā and meditation.
