About this Event
Join Us for Ecstatic Dance - Natural Dance!
🌑 Let go. Listen. Feel. Move.
A journey inward, through the body and through music.
A safe space in Prenzlauer Berg to release control, quiet the mind, and surrender to movement. To inhabit every sensation, explore your own energy, and dance from an authentic place — free from judgment, words, and substances.
🎶 An exquisite musical selection, carefully woven into a journey of rhythms, textures, and atmospheres that awaken the senses and accompany you through every moment of the experience.
There are no steps to follow.
Nothing to prove.
Simply listen, feel, and let your body discover its own way of expressing itself.
✨ Come and connect with your body.
With your presence.
With your essence.
Comfortable clothes · Water · An open mind · A willingness to flow
☀️Your body knows the way. Let the music help you find it.☀️
