Birth (make) your own shamanic medicine drum.On this 1 Day Retreat you will be birthing a 40cm/16inch (approx) frame drum covered with deer hide or goat skin - other sizes available by arrangement but I need several weeks notice for this to acquire the materials, so please let me know in good time :)
Also included is a hand-made (by me) needle felted drum beater to accompany your drum, usually using an earthy colour.

The Day
The retreat venue is at the Health Barn, Askham CA10 2PG
Drinks and snacks are included during the day but please bring your own lunch.
We start at 9:30am-6pm approx and you will experience every aspect of birthing your drum.

Something to wrap your drum in to get it home - it will still be damp at this stage. Or you can order a drum bag :)
A notebook to capture your insights from the shamanic journeys - a workbook is provided :)
