If you ever feel lost in the depths of the universe in your head, The Dark Blue Space Camp -- men's mental wellness retreat is a great opportunity to spend a few days on a nice serene lake, making some new friends from all over the country, and most importantly gaining a deeper understanding of your self, your emotions, and your reactions to life's stressors.
It is easy to focus on taking care of others, but when we are intentional about taking time to care for ourselves, we can be much more effective in our families, jobs, and communities. This retreat will touch on important topics to help deepen your emotional intelligence and recognize your body's physical response to danger. With practice, this awareness can help you to be more intentional in the way you react to any experience life throws at you. You will be surrounded by men who seek growth and joy in learning what true masculinity looks like for each individual.
Registration fee includes:
Join other like minded guys who are working on their mental wellness journey.
Room and Board from noon the 6th to noon the 8th
a large beautiful home in San Antonio, TX.
Pools, game rooms, fire pits
Programming designed by licensed Mental health professionals
Come spend three days intentionally learning about yourself and how you interact with the world around you.

The Dark Blue is a nonprofit organization that prides itself on providing affordable mental wellness programming for any and all men seeking self-improvement and community. We are always striving to foster a community of peers which empowers mental wellness, positive growth, and social awareness. We encourage individual growth of the of mind, body, and soul through emotional empowerment and education. We encourage community, support, and positive accountability through consistent group conversations and community events which positively impact the individual, the community, and current social issues.
