About this Event
Dialogues on the Edge
Come see the show on Thursday November 5 and/or Friday November 6, 2026, to witness, learn and dialogue on the road to building greater solidarity in what is now known as ‘Canada’.
We are a group of Indigenous, Black, racialized, migrant, Deaf and disabled performance artists who have developed and keep growing this showcase in local communities across Canada. Since 2023, performances have occurred in Winnipeg, (Canadian Museum of Human Rights), Saint John (Imperial Theatre), and Vancouver (The Annex Theatre). The show is produced by the New Society Institute (NSI).
We are so happy to be in Toronto in 2026!
Join us on Thursday, November 5th or Friday, November 6th!

Tickets are $10. We are also accepting additional donations of $25+ for those who can. A charitable donation receipt will be provided.
On Saturday, November 8th, we are holding a National Solidarity Forum in Scarborough and donations will go to support this gathering. Contributions above the $10 ticket price will help offset the costs of community participation and to support the participation of local solidarity networks across the country.
For almost a decade, NSI has been convening Indigenous, Black, racialized, refugee, 2SLGBTQIA+, Deaf and disabled peoples through local solidarity networks. These networks bring systemically marginalized communities out of their silos to build relationships, share knowledge, and develop community-led responses to common and interconnected challenges. Representatives from solidarity networks in Saint John, Winnipeg, Montréal, Iqaluit, Vancouver and Toronto will be coming to this forum.
This gathering is organized by and for community members, and our tiered ticket approach helps us keep participation accessible while raising the funds needed to bring community members together.
Every contribution helps us make this gathering possible.
