Join Taj Chander for the opening gathering of Dharma Memphis, a contemplative practice exploring Himalayan wisdom through yoga, meditation, sacred sound, philosophy, and the living Dharmic traditions of the Himalayas
Taj is a contemplative educator, musician, poet, and longtime practitioner of yoga and meditation. Practicing since 2009, he has been initiated into the Udāsī yogic tradition and has undertaken extensive training with Tej Kaur Khalsa and Yogi Amandeep Singh Ji, whose teachings in Kundalini Yoga and the Himalayan contemplative and tantric traditions continue to inform his practice and work. He is also the facilitator of Celestial Sound Bath.
This inaugural gathering introduces Himalayan Yoga & Meditation through breath, movement, mantra, and contemplative teaching as practices to experience directly.
The Himalayas represent both an outer geography and an inner landscape: a return to self, and the deeper ground of being.
