Desert Mob After Dark returns in 2026 for an unforgettable and intimate evening celebrating art, music and food.
Enjoy a ‘taste of country’ with a unique alfresco dining experience featuring bush foods and flavours hosted by Rayleen Brown, of Kungkas Can Cook, alongside Maxi and the Yaye’s Café team.
Join curators Hetti Perkins, Aspen Beattie and Kelli Cole for an exclusive after-hours tour of the Desert Mob and Vincent Lingiari Art Award exhibitions.
Mudburra musician, environmental advocate and community leader Ray Dimakarri Dixon shares his music and storytelling under the stars, speaking deeply to culture, country and resistance.

After Dark is one of many events that makes up Desert Mob, one of the nation’s most significant Aboriginal art events. Desert Mob is an unmissable celebration of the art, stories, cultural connection and vitality of hundreds of artists from 35 Art Centres across central desert Country.
