Out of all the ways incredible wines make it onto our list, this wine has arrived in the rarest way possible: we worked with a winemaker to create it.
Emily, our Beverage Director, wanted a different style of Rioja on our by-the-glass list. Something bright, fresh, approachable. When she couldn’t find exactly what she had in mind, she partnered with Vintae and Winetones to make it.

Every ticket includes a pour of DeLibro, and Chef Jesus Torres will prepare special tapas inspired by Rioja in honor of the collaboration. The menu is available for one night only.
