What to bring
This is a hands-on session. Bring a laptop, and you'll build a working automation during the workshop. No coding experience is required.
If you'd rather just listen, that works too.
What to expect
Most people either ignore AI altogether or try to automate everything at once and give up. Somewhere in between is a more useful approach: using AI to take care of the repetitive tasks that eat into your week but don't require your judgement, so you have more time for the work that does, like thinking, creating, solving problems and working with people.
In this practical session led by AI strategist Cien Solon, you'll learn how to distinguish between the tasks you can confidently delegate to AI, from admin through to first drafts, and the ones where you need to be the one making the call. AI can help you prepare for a client meeting, but it can't read the room when you walk into it. It can generate ten ideas, but it can't decide which problem is actually worth solving.
You'll leave with:
- A working automation built during the session
- A list of tasks worth delegating to AI, and which ones to keep
- A framework for deciding what to hand over next
