✨ Join us on August 9th for a day of play, creativity, learning, and healing in a tranquil setting at a gorgeous private home. ✨ Jason and Loan Hart of Charlotte Kirtan will kick us off with chanting at 2pm (not technically part of retreat, but all are welcome to join at no additional cost!) followed by a slow flow yoga with live music led by his wife Loan.
Caro Mallia of @southwitch.llc will be leading an art immersion, either painting a mandala OR on a beautiful wooden Om lotus for an optional upgrade (see photo).
Dr. Ariel Talts will be leading a guided meditation through the sacred labyrinth, followed by a sound healing infused with hands on Reiki therapy by Caro. I will also be sprinkling in some fun facts about *why* each of these practices is therapeutic from a holistic medical perspective.
Then Bodhi Deva Ma of Sacred Roots Spiritual Community will bring us outside at sunset for a fireside teaching & Cacao Ceremony, followed by a community Drum Circle.
Tickets include adaptogenic tea, cacao, and a delicious, nourishing meal shared among friends.
