The Red Wizard Delia D’caryn is as ambitious as any other Thayan mage. Looking to rise within the ranks of the corrupt and power-hungry organization, she concocts a plan that harnesses the unique magic inherent to the land of Rashemen. A Harper agent named Simmia Dairn has connections to a network of Thayan insurgents.
