Our Second Gathering ( DANCE AND BELONG)

A series of gatherings for women to foster well-being, self-expression, and connection.

With everything happening in the world, our bodies can carry so much stress. This gathering is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, breath, heart, and inner peace through movement.


What to Expect
