Start of the indoor cycling class led by our Harlem Cycle experienced instructors.

Run/Walk Segment
Info: Participants begin the 3.1-mile run/walk journey through Harlem.
Route guidance provided for a seamless transition.

Arrive at Studio for Yoga Session
Info: Arrive at our 2350 Adam Clayton Powell studio for the final segment of the event.
Refreshments and hydration station available for participants.
