Join us for CYC 12th Annual Chinatown Halloween Festival on Saturday, October 31 from 11am–3pm on Waverly Place (between Sacramento and Washington Street). Celebrate Halloween in the heart of Chinatown with a pumpkin patch, arts and crafts, games, and more family-friendly activities throughout the afternoon.
