Come and lie down and get cosy for a Sound Healing Journey with a difference!We will begin with a deep relaxation to let go of the day, and then setting an intention for the practice.
A drum beat will settle the breath, percussion will settle the mind and the bowls and percussion instruments will send healing frequencies through your whole body!
The Sound Bath will send you into a deep meditative state as you rest, restore and rejuvenate the whole body, mind and spirit.
