During this session, you'll be guided by your instructor on how to work with acrylic paint the easiest way. You'll have the chance to make a simple yet fun abstract painting that will take all the pressure off of perfection. By the end of the class, you'll have a new level of self-trust and a beautiful new painting!
Creative Self Care is a workshop series that promotes artistic expression and self-care as a tool for stress management through guided, hands-on reflective art exercises. You will have the opportunity to engage in various art techniques using both mixed media and self-reflection. These classes allow you to relax and enjoy the creative process. You'll leave with an understanding of how and why creativity is beneficial for our overall well-being!
