Apologies for the date change, due to renovation work in the space, we've had to move this session to the end of the month.
We had such a lovely time with our September folk art samplers that we've decided to continue the project for our October session.
Many of you had plans to extend your pieces or try out embroiderery stitches and beading, plus we've had requests from those who couldn't make the last one, so here's another chance to enjoy this creative class.
See below for the original summary, Alexandra will be on hand to advise on starting new pieces or continuing existing ones.
As ever, you're very welcome to bring along your own project if preferred or just come and be inspired by our remnants.

Stitch a folk art style sampler inspired by Lewis & Wood's Patchwork collection.
Alexandra will show you how to create a long, layered sampler using a series of fabric squares, enhanced with appliqué elements. She will then demonstrate how to creatively embellish these using a mix of hand and free motion machine embroidery, beading and ribbons.
This session offers a lovely opportunity to pause at the end of the week and spend a few hours crafting in a friendly, creative space.
