A full-day experiential workshop for couples who want to use conflict to grow closer.
About this Event

Partnership can be one of the most powerful paths of growth.

Our partners often become our mirrors, reflecting not only our love and joy, but also our wounds, fears, and protective patterns.

When two people come together, it can bring to the surface the places within us that are still asking to be seen, healed, and integrated from childhood.

I was inspired to create this experience after Brian and I went through a very challenging period in our own relationship.

At times, it felt as though we were bringing out the absolute worst in each other, to the point that we actually broke up.

Instead of walking away from the deeper work, we chose to turn toward it.

Using the tools and practices of Core Energetics, we began exploring what was really happening beneath the conflict: the pain, defences, unmet needs, and deeper parts of ourselves that were longing for love and connection underneath it all.

In this experiential day together, we’ll explore how relationship triggers can become doorways into deeper connection rather than points of disconnection.

Through guided exercises, body-based awareness practices, and relational exploration, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Understand how relationship triggers often reflect deeper personal wounds
  • Learn real-life tools in how to navigate moments of activation
  • Explore how to move emotional energy through the body rather than remaining stuck in conflict

When approached with awareness and courage, partnership can become one of the most profound paths of personal and spiritual development.

We’re really excited to share some of the tools and processes that have supported us with you.

What to Expect

This will be an intimate workshop with a maximum of three couples.

The day will be facilitated by Sacha Bryce, a somatic practitioner trained in Emotional Freedom Techniques and Core Energetics, and assisted by Brian Tohana, a couples therapist.

This is an experiential, somatic workshop, which means you won’t spend the entire day sitting, listening, or talking about your relationship. You’ll actively engage with your partner through guided exercises, embodied practices, and supported relational processes to work with the energy of conflict and transform it into deeper intimacy.

What’s Included
  • A 45-minute intake session with Sacha & Brian before the workshop
  • A full-day, in-person experiential workshop
  • A 30-min post-workshop integration call to help you bring what you discover into your everyday relationship
