Constellations work can offer a different way of seeing and experiencing what’s happening in our lives, particularly when we find ourselves caught in recurring patterns, relationship dynamics or feelings that are difficult to understand.
Across the four sessions, we’ll create a space to slow down, explore, feel, and perhaps discover a new perspective on ourselves and what we’re carrying.
