Speakers: CA Jagariti Mathur & Rohan Mathur
An Interactive Board Game Experience with Crossroads Navigator
Every business reaches a crossroads. The challenge is knowing which direction to take — and what to fix first.
Join us for a different kind of Connected Women meetup! This time, instead of our usual sharing session, we are bringing you an interactive strategy board game designed to help business owners uncover challenges, connect the dots and identify opportunities for growth.
Meet CA Jagariti Mathur and Rohan Mathur, co-creators of Crossroads Navigator, as they guide us through a thought-provoking 45-minute game that brings business challenges to the surface and sparks meaningful strategic conversations.
What is Crossroads Navigator?
Crossroads Navigator is an interactive business strategy board game that helps SME founders understand where their businesses may be getting stuck — and which areas need attention first.
The board features six key business functions, each represented by a set of question cards leading towards the Summit at the centre. As players work through each function, they navigate challenges, make decisions and discover how one business decision can affect another.
For example, hiring a salesperson may boost sales, but it also has implications for finance.
The goal isn't simply to reach the Summit. It's to understand where progress stalls, why it happens and what to prioritise next.
What to Expect
A 45-minute interactive game: Explore six key business functions through strategic questions and decisions.
Fresh perspectives on business challenges: Discover how different parts of a business influence one another.
Meaningful discussions: See how the choices you make reveal underlying challenges and potential opportunities.
Clarity on what to prioritise: Gain insights into where your business may be stuck and what deserves attention first.
Connection with fellow women: Exchange perspectives, learn from different experiences and build meaningful connections within the Connected Women community.
