About this Event
As the leaves fall, nature shows us how to let go. This two-hour gathering at Zoe's Coffee is an invitation to set down what you've been carrying and make room for what you want to welcome next.
We're not going to think our way through letting go. We'll breathe it out, move it through the body, and breathe in what we're ready to welcome instead. Then we'll make something to remind us of all the work we did together.
How the afternoon unfolds
- Reflect. A guided journaling prompt to help you let go of something you have been carrying.
- Release. A short breathwork practice to let it go on the exhale, followed by a few minutes of easy, grounding movement to help the release settle into the body.
- Connect. You'll be in a room of people doing this same work alongside you.
- Invite. We will discuss what you want to welcome into the next season.
- Create. You'll make a pressed-leaf candle holder. It's a keepsake to remind you of what you've chosen to welcome.
Your ticket includes
- A drink of choice from Zoe's Coffee
- All materials to create the candle holder
