During this workshop, you will:
- Understand difficult emotions
- Develop confidence in your own skills and abilities
- Approach conflict in a peacful way
- Learn nonviolent communication skills
- Find practical ways to resolve conflict
- Build trusting relationships
Commitment: one full weekend
- Saturday 28th March:10am - 6pm, and
- Sunday 29th March: 10am - 5pm
