AWAKENING INTUITION: Exploring Subtle Perception & Intuitive Herbalism is a 2-day immersive workshop designed to help you reconnect with your natural intuitive abilities and inner knowing.
Through hands-on practices and guided experiences, you will explore perception beyond the five senses and learn to recognise the quiet, clear voice of intuition beneath mental noise and external influence.
The days will be filled with practical exercises (in groups, solo, or in pairs) to activate subtle senses in a safe, grounded, and playful way.
A unique feature of our work will be the use of 3D blindfolds. These specialized eye masks allow you to keep your eyes open while in complete darkness, guiding you past mental chatter to trust in direct experience rather than belief, and to explore intuition as a natural human capacity rather than something “special” or reserved for a few.
Over the two days, we will explore:
• Intuitive Vision – perceiving information beyond the physical senses
• Intuitive Herbalism – receiving information directly from plants about their properties and wisdom
• Telepathy – tuning into heart-led, non-verbal communication
• Group Intelligence – becoming aware of the collective field as it forms and evolves
The space is held with clarity, respect, and groundedness, allowing each participant to explore at their own rhythm.
No prior experience is needed. This workshop is open to anyone curious about intuition, perception, plants, and embodied ways of knowing.

The workshop runs from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM each day. To ensure a timely start, please arrive by 10:15 AM.
Your ticket includes a simple and healthy vegetarian lunch for each day, along with teas and snacks during the breaks.

About Your Private Session
In this 90-minute guided session, we will focus on clarifying how your Higher Self communicates with you. Think of this connection as your Internal GPS – a subtle yet powerful navigation system that is always active, quietly calculating the best route for your life's journey.
You will learn to recognise its unique signals and distinguish them from the noise of habitual thoughts, fears, or external expectations. We’ll explore how your inner guidance speaks to you – whether through intuition, body sensations, signs, or dreams – and identify what a clear internal 'Yes' and 'No' feel like for you when making decisions.
Following the session, you will receive a personalised GPS Chart with practical suggestions for daily use. This chart will summarise the distinct ways your inner guidance shows up, making it easier to recognise and trust its messages in real-life situations – from everyday choices to significant life decisions.
About me
I’m Sandira Belia, an intuition coach and facilitator based in Portugal. I support adults and children in reconnecting with their inner guidance and subtle senses in a grounded, practical way. Originally from Brittany, France, my work is rooted in a lifelong sensitivity to inner perception, nature, and non-verbal ways of knowing.
Through breathwork, sensory awareness, and experiential practices, I guide people to recognise intuition beyond the five senses and to integrate it into daily life with clarity and confidence. I’m the author of Bee Wisdom: Teachings from the Hive and the creator of several intuitive development programmes.
