The Dance Doctor: Movement Medicine for wellbeing
This workshop is open to everyone.
Movement Medicine is a free-form dance practice which integrates movement, rhythm and therapeutic approaches. It is designed to support your physical and emotional wellbeing by allowing your body to move in a way that feels good.
No dance experience is necessary as the workshop is facilitated to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
The Dance Doctor (Kirran), integrates her trainings as a medical doctor, DJ and Movement Medicine facilitator to bring this unique offering.
The workshop will run from:
10.30 - 13.30 at Colet House, 151 Talgarth Road, W14 9DA
A preperation email will be sent closer to the event.
Tickets are available on a sliding scale with further supported spaces available, please email [email protected] if required. If you are able, it is greatly appreciated if you purchase a supporter ticket as it allows for more supported spaces.
