About this Event
Join transportation industry leaders, public sector partners, community champions, students, and emerging professionals for an inspiring evening dedicated to celebrating the next generation of transportation leaders.
The COMTO Toronto & Region Scholarship Gala was created to support and celebrate students pursuing careers in transportation, infrastructure, engineering, planning, and related fields. At the heart of the evening is the COMTO Community-Centered & Leadership Scholarship, which recognizes students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership, community engagement, and a commitment to creating positive change within the communities they serve.
This special celebration honours the scholarship recipients whose achievements embody COMTO's mission to connect untapped talent to opportunities across the transportation sector. Through the scholarship program, COMTO is helping to remove barriers to education, support emerging talent, and build a stronger, more representative workforce for the future.
Set against the stunning Art Deco backdrop of The Eglinton Grand, this memorable evening will feature:
- Celebration of COMTO Community-Centered & Leadership Scholarship recipients
- 3 course dinner
- Opportunities to connect with transportation leaders and partners
- A celebration of education, leadership, and community impact
Whether you are a COMTO member, industry partner, student, employer, or advocate for workforce development, this event offers a meaningful opportunity to invest in future leaders and celebrate the impact of education, mentorship, and community. Join us as we recognize outstanding scholarship recipients and help empower the next generation of leaders who will keep our communities connected and moving forward.
