The Inspower Agency and ourBRIDGE for KIDS are proud to partner to create an intentional, welcoming space for community, movement, rest, and restoration.
Each Sunday, experience accessible practices such as Gentle Flow, Yin, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra, led by a rotating community of teachers who bring their own unique styles and gifts.
No experience needed. No perfect poses. Just come as you are.
Bring your own mat or borrow one of ours. Mats and props are available to support your practice.
