About this Event
A Community Sound Healing in the Spirit of Gratitude:
Join Pat York, Sound Healer and Owner of True Nature Yoga, for a heartwarming Community Sound Healing experience in the spirit of Thanksgiving.
As we enter this season of gratitude and togetherness, we invite you to take a moment to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself and the community around you. In the midst of life's busyness, this is a time to simply be—to rest, reflect, and nurture a sense of peace within.
Through the soothing vibrations of harmonic gongs, singing bowls, singing drum, and chimes, you'll be gently guided into a space of deep relaxation and inner stillness. Allow the healing sounds to wash over you, helping to release tension, quiet the mind, and restore a sense of balance and harmony.
Together, we'll share a beautiful experience of gratitude, connection, and renewal—honoring the healing power of sound and the comfort of being in community.
Come as you are, open your heart, and give yourself the gift of peace this Thanksgiving season.
Free admission, suggested donation of $25.
