About this Event
Community Education Event: Living Well with OCD!
Kick off OCD Awareness Week with a free, community-wide event, dedicated to understanding and living well with OCD! Enjoy a keynote presentation, breakout sessions, a BBQ lunch and a silent auction - all designed to educate, empower, and bring our community together. Also join our "Experience Stations" to learn some hands-on skills for living better, such as trying out a few mindfulness techniques, getting in touch with your values, or ERP Jeopardy!
