This is a safe, relaxed space designed for sharing experiences, finding support, and simply enjoying great company.

⏰ Time: 2.30 - 3.30PM
📍 Location: Willow Bank House
🎟️ Admission: Free (and open to absolutely everyone!)
✨ What to Expect:
A friendly, judgment-free environment for everyone.
A chance for community carers to unwind, take a breath, and connect with others who understand.
Opportunities to share stories, laugh, and build a local support network.
Refreshments: Plenty of tea, coffee, and home made cake and biscuits! 🍪☕️
No need to book ahead—just turn up! We can’t wait to welcome you and share a cup of something warm.
