Helen Beale, The Deep Body, will be hosting another Sound Bath on Saturday 07 November from 3-4pm. Helen has many years of experience with these Crystal Tones Alchemy Bowls. The bowls she plays are made of 99.9% pure quartz with added blends of gemstones, minerals and metals. Their sound frequency can be used to retune us physically, mentally and emotionally; bringing us back into a state of vibrational alignment and harmony. Their sound is so pure, it is like having a gentle deep cleanse on a cellular level. For more information or to book a place, please contact Sandi on 07887 877865 or email [email protected]
