Community Acupuncture inside The Light System

Join Stella Stoufer, LAc, MAOM, a Texas licensed acupuncturist and founder of Stoufer Clinical Acupuncture, for a 30-minute acupuncture session inside The Light System.
Session focus
• Lower, mid, and upper back pain
• Neck pain
• A busy or overactive mind and overthinking
What to expect
Meet Stella, share your concerns, and ask questions before your treatment. She’ll use fine acupuncture needles at selected points as you rest in our community setting.
During your appointment, you’ll experience The Light System—a light-and-frequency wellness environment designed for relaxation and general well-being. Give yourself time to pause, breathe, and unwind.
Your ticket includes acupuncture and time inside The Light System during the same 30-minute appointment.
First-time acupuncture guests and returning Innergy members are welcome.
What to wear
Please wear a tank top and comfortable clothing that allows access below your elbows and knees. Shorts or loose pants that roll up above your knees work well.
