Who says saving lives can’t be hilarious? Join Grassroots Comedy for another huge night of stand-up benefiting Crisis in Care, a rapid-response fundraiser started by former USAID employees to support frontline local HIV organizations left stranded by USAID funding cuts.

Here’s the deal: when USAID was dismantled in 2025, the majority of funding disappeared for local organizations across Africa, Asia, and Latin America providing HIV treatment, testing, prevention, and support to children, families, and vulnerable communities.

But the work didn’t disappear with the funding.

These organizations are still showing up. They’re still getting Medic*tion to people living with HIV. They’re still supporting children and adolescents, helping caregivers feed their families, and serving communities that can’t simply wait for the international aid system to figure itself out.

Those are the real world champs.

So for round two, we’re going ALL IN with a World Champ Edition, headlined by the one and only Judah Friedlander - comedian, actor, author, 30 Rock legend, and, of course, World Champion of the World - alongside an incredible lineup of comedians coming together for a cause that is decidedly no laughing matter.

The jokes will be quick, the laughs will be loud, and every ticket helps Crisis in Care keep lifesaving HIV prevention, treatment, and care going in communities around the world.

So if you like your humanitarian work with a side of sarcasm and a mic drop, this show’s for you. Come for the laughs, stay for the cause, and leave knowing your night out helped some actual world champs keep doing their work.
