About this Event
Join us for a relaxed and creative evening at Something Good Workshops in Deptford, London with our Collage Social: an untutored creative gathering where you can cut, paste, layer, and design in good company. This is the perfect social craft night in London if you’re looking to switch off, unwind, and enjoy a mindful evening of making.
Our Collage Social is all about freedom and play. You’ll have access to our huge stash of papers, vintage magazines, patterned textures, recycled materials, and glue to bring your own vision to life.
Want to add a personal touch? Bring along ticket stubs, postcards, photos, or other keepsakes to incorporate into your collage. There are no rules, just creative fun in a supportive, social setting.
You don’t need any experience to join in. Whether you’re a complete beginner to collage or an artist wanting to loosen up and try something new, this untutored session is open to everyone. The focus is on enjoying the process, meeting like-minded people, and taking time out from busy city life to do something hands-on.
Our studio in Deptford Market Yard is a welcoming creative hub with a licensed bar, so you can enjoy a glass of wine, beer, or soft drink while you craft. We also run a wide range of creative workshops in London, including knitting, crochet, printmaking, painting, cyanotype, and more. It’s the ideal spot to connect with the local community and discover new hobbies.
Come along solo, with a friend, or in a group, it’s a great way to spend an evening, meet new people, and leave with your very own piece of collage art.
