Join visiting South Australian artist Sandra Gale for this super fun mixed media Collage Art workshop that is all about celebrating female empowerment whilst making awesome art for your home.In this workshop, participants will create their own A3 collage portrait or flower art in Sandra Gale’s colourful signature style.
They will cut and assemble their piece using pre-prepared patterned papers, choosing features to create a unique and expressive portrait.
The workshop is designed for all skill levels, with templates available for guidance and plenty of room for creativity.
Sandra will guide participants through the process step by step, from background preparation to layering and gluing, with the option to incorporate empowering words or affirmations into their design.
By the end of the session, everyone will take home a finished artwork ready to frame or display.
This is an adult open age class but is suitable for age 12 plus and no previous experience is necessary however children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a participating adult.
All materials and light refreshments will be provided.
