Come and join us for this beautiful sacred women's healing session with Kathryn Sforcina and experience a Sound Healing Bath that can be felt as incredible waves resonating through the body to heal, reduce stress and promote deep blissful relaxation.In this transformative session you will embark on a profound journey of self-discovery and holistic well-being through the power of sound.
Drawing upon both the ancient wisdom and modern scientific understanding, you will experience the therapeutic properties of sound vibrations and their ability to restore harmony and balance within the mind, body, and spirit and promote healing on multiple levels and you will have a chance to get hands on with some of the sound healing instruments.
Your guide Kathryn considers sound healing to be an important modality in her medicine bag as it is able to assist in the processing and shifting of energy and emotions, which, if left frozen in our being, have the ability to manifest as mental illness, physical discomfort and disease.
This class is a beautiful alternative for women who may find it hard to sit and meditate and quieten the monkey mind but long for the blissful relaxation meditation can bring about. All you need to do is lie back under the cuddly blankets we provide, relax and soak it up.
Please Note: This class will be held in Studio 2 which is upstairs and unfortunately does not have wheelchair access.
Workshop Details
Open age class - women focused – suitable for ages 18+
No previous experience required – perfect for beginners
Mats, blanket and cushions are provided (but feel free to bring along your own pillow and an eye mask)
Includes herbal tea and post sound bath snack
