Momiji’s coffee journey began in the world-renowned cafe culture of Sydney, Australia, where she developed a passion for exceptional quality and craft. Since then, she has dedicated her career to seeking out and sharing "awesome coffee" with the community.
With decades of industry experience, Momiji is a recognized leader in the Canadian coffee scene:
- Owner/Operator at Hotblack Coffee
- Head Roaster at Provincial Coffee Roasters
- Two-Time Canadian Regional Barista Champion
- Expert Judge for the Canadian National Brewers Cup and Canadian Aeropress Championship
