Join Community Shares of Greater Cincinnati for our monthly Coffee & Collaboration meetup, a space for nonprofit leaders and community partners to connect, share ideas, and build relationships over coffee.
This month, we’re putting the pieces together with The Funding Puzzle! 🧩
Participants will work in small groups to create their own large fundraising puzzle board, mapping out the different pieces of their organization’s funding journey—from identifying funding opportunities and developing relationships to writing proposals, securing support, and implementing funded projects.
Rather than giving you a ready-made model, you’ll build your own funding process based on your organization’s experiences, strategies, and ideas. The goal is to see how all the pieces connect, identify gaps, and learn from how other organizations approach fundraising.
