𝐑𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐲𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐰 has successfully managed and guided twelve cohousing projects to completion across the county, including three on Vancouver Island.
𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐭 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐥𝐨𝐰 is a social anthropologist, expert in community building and facilitation, and a founding member of Harbourside cohousing in Sooke, BC.

𝐄𝐬𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐭 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 is a group of regular folks working with professionals to build an inclusive and vibrant home-ownership neighbourhood in the 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐚. This 𝐬𝐢𝐱-𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐞 will feature thirty-four apartments at 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞, in one, two, and three-bedroom layouts.
