Fall Restorative Aerial Yoga & Sound Bath
A gentle afternoon to slow down, reset and reconnect with yourself as we move into autumn.
Held in the supportive embrace of an aerial hammock, this intimate 90-minute experience combines restorative aerial yoga, breathwork, immersive sound and ceremonial cacao. With only five spaces available, there is plenty of room for individual attention and for the experience to be adapted to your needs.
What to expect
Restorative Aerial Yoga & Breathwork
Begin with gentle breathwork and slow aerial movement to release tension, settle the nervous system and encourage a sense of spaciousness. The hammock offers support as we explore gentle restorative shapes.
Immersive Sound Bath
Settle into stillness and be surrounded by the resonant tones of Tibetan singing bowls and other acoustic instruments. With a small group, there is space for a more personal experience, including moving around the room and, where appropriate, gentle on-body sound.
Cacao & Reflection
Close with a small serving of ceremonial cacao and quiet reflection — a chance to slowly return, connect with your experience and share the space before heading back into the world.
A small, intimate experience
With a maximum of 5 attendees, the smaller setting allows for individual attention and flexibility throughout the session. You are always welcome to modify, pause or opt out of any movement.
Gentle note
This session includes gentle inversions. Alternative options will be offered, and you can always choose to remain in the hammock or come down to lie on the ground instead.
