About this Event
Co-Create Gallery | Interactive AI × Human Art Night, NYC
What happens when an artist starts a piece — and then hands the next move to the room?
Co-Create Gallery is a live art experience where NYC artists and an audience build something together in real time.
Four artists begin the night with unfinished works.
The paintings aren't finished.
The compositions aren't finished.
The story isn't finished.
That's where you come in.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Meet the artists.
Four participating artists begin with their own original unfinished work.
Each artist brings their own visual language, materials and creative direction.
2. The room gets a voice.
You'll find tablets around the gallery where you can submit short creative prompts.
A prompt might change the mood.
Introduce a new shape.
Add an unexpected environment.
Or take the work somewhere nobody expected.
3. AI creates a variation.
The submitted idea is transformed into a visual variation and projected onto the artist's work in real time.
You watch the wall change.
4. The artist decides.
This is the important part.
The AI doesn't get the final say.
The artist can:
KEEP IT.
CHANGE IT.
OR THROW IT OUT.
The artist remains the creative decision-maker.
LIVE REMIX
At the center of the evening, the four works come together for one collective remix.
The room submits prompts.
The visuals shift.
The projection changes.
The artists respond.
One idea becomes another.
The wall keeps moving.
And for a few minutes, everyone in the room is watching the same artwork evolve together.
THE FINAL GALLERY
At the end of the night, the four works settle into their final versions.
We'll turn down the lights.
Step back.
And experience the finished pieces together as a temporary gallery exhibition.
Every attendee receives a commemorative limited print from the collective artwork, with the event's co-creator list included.
WHY CO-CREATE?
Because AI doesn't have to replace the artist.
It can become another tool in the room.
Here, the artist leads.
The audience contributes.
AI generates possibilities.
And the final decision stays human.
Come see what happens when a gallery stops being a place where you only look — and becomes a place where you help create."
