CNM Manchester: Is Your Gut Affecting Your Mood?

The Gut-Brain Connection, Female Hormones & Mental Wellbeing

Could your gut health be influencing your mood? And what role do female hormones play?

Your gut and brain are in constant communication, while hormonal changes throughout the menstrual cycle can influence digestion, mood, energy, sleep and overall wellbeing.

Join Manchester-based practitioners Sarah Osborne and Arabella Saucell for an engaging exploration of the gut-brain connection, gut health, mood, female hormones and the menstrual cycle and discover how these systems interact.

You’ll explore:

  • How the gut-brain connection may influence mood and wellbeing
  • The relationship between gut health, digestion, stress and mood
  • The role of female hormones throughout the menstrual cycle
  • Why hormonal changes can affect digestion, mood, energy and sleep
  • The relationship between the gut microbiome, hormones and women’s health
  • Practical naturopathic approaches to supporting gut health, mood and hormonal balance
