This is designed for organisations and teams who are:

· exploring or already engaged in climate, sustainability, or ESG capability or certification

· seeking a shared, science-based climate understanding across teams

· preparing for or supporting strategy, risk, or transition discussions

· looking to engage staff in a credible, structured way

Typical participants include:

· teams across all levels of the organisation (no prior climate expertise required)

· leadership teams

· sustainability / ESG leads

· HR / People & Culture / onboarding new employees

· cross-functional teams

A Climate Fresk workshop helps organisations:

· build a shared understanding of climate science and its cause + effect dynamics

· move ecological limits from abstract concepts into something visible and tangible

· strengthen internal conversations and alignment around these topics

· create a common foundation for strategy, engagement, and decision-making

· 3-hour facilitated workshop

· Up to 16 participants per session (scalable across teams)

· Delivered on-site or off-site by arrangement

Suitable for single teams or multi-team roll-outs across an organisation.

Micro and small organisations may also collaborate to form a shared workshop group.
