About this Event
From the Table to the Next Step · Session 1 of 3
On September 23, during Climate Week NYC, executive tables at Columbia set out what is holding New York’s energy transition back. This session joins two of them, Transportation & Building Electrification and NYC Clean Air: The Bronx–Hunts Point Blueprint, to take their conclusions further: electrification where it meets the street, at the depot, in the building and in the neighborhoods that live with freight traffic.
Program
3:00 PM · Welcome coffee
3:30–4:45 PM · Hybrid session: table conclusions, a case study, shared discussion and audience questions
5:00–6:00 PM · The Catalyst Circle Dinner, off the record under the Chatham House Rule
Format: in-person seats are capped. The session is hybrid but not livestreamed, and a short summary of the outcomes is shared afterwards.
