- Group 2: 7 reps @5:00 min w 2 min rest
- Group 3: 7 reps @5:30 min w 2 min rest
- Group 4: 6 reps @6:00 min w 2 min rest
- Group 5: 5 reps @6:40 min w 3 min rest
