About this Event
Learn how to make your own working Christmas crackers, complete with proper snaps, home-made jokes, party hats and wee surprises you can sneak inside.
Don't buy Christmas crackers this year, make your own!
You'll get to design and decorate your crackers, write or print your own Christmas jokes, make party hats and create little surprises to hide inside. There's plenty of room to personalise them to make something completely unique.
You can finish your crackers during the workshop or take them home and add some final little touches. Perfect for bringing something homemade (and a little bit silly) to the Christmas dinner table!
This event runs as part of Glasgow Life's Be Well Programme.
Be Well is a local Glasgow Life community programme offering opportunities to get involved, meet people, try new activities and enjoy spending time with others in your community.
You'll get plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits in a warm friendly space.
Based at Castlemilk Community Centre, Be Well provides a welcoming space to connect with others, discover new interests and take part in activities that support your health and wellbeing every other Wednesday 11.30am - 12.30pm.
Whether you're looking to try something creative, learn a new skill, get out of the house or simply enjoy a bit of company, Be Well is a place to get involved and give something new a go.
These sessions are delivered by trained artists from Stravaig Creative Arts.
