About this Event
It’s a two-hour cocktail class where you’ll build three real drinks: one built, one stirred, and one shaken. You choose the spirit for every round, so nobody ends up sipping something they didn’t want. Guided by Nathan Weigert, an industry professional.
Most cocktail classes hand you a recipe and watch you follow it. We hand you the choice. Round one is a Mule: vodka, tequila, or gin, your call. Round two is an Old Fashioned, where you choose your bitters and sweetener. Round three is a shaken sour: whiskey or gin for a Bee’s Knees.
You’ll have your own station and tools, and we’ll demo every step before you get started. Leave with recipe cards, new techniques, and the muscle memory to make them again at home.
