This class introduces the beautiful Chen Style Tai Chi 24 Fan Form.
Chen Style Tai Chi is the founding style of all other styles of Tai Chi and incorporates the most pure and original essence of Tai Chi. While Chen Style Tai Chi includes distinct hints at martial arts applications it is to a great extent also characterized by a beautiful slow meditative flow of movement and energy. Challenge yourself learning this beautiful, captivating and dynamic Chen Style Fan routine.
