🧀 The Charcuterie WorkshopJoin us at The Coastal Cupboard on October 14 for a hands-on charcuterie workshop with Sullivan’s Board Company! Lacey will guide you through the art of creating a beautiful, well-balanced charcuterie board while sharing simple techniques you can recreate at home.
You’ll learn how to thoughtfully select and pair cheeses, cured meats, and accompaniments while exploring layout, texture, color, portioning, and presentation. The goal? A board that looks beautiful, tastes delicious, and feels intentional—not overcrowded.
Lacey is a South Carolina native with a culinary background and a love for charcuterie inspired by time spent in France and Spain. She’ll share practical tips for everything from casual gatherings to special occasions.
During this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn:
How to build a balanced charcuterie board from start to finish
How to select and pair cheeses, meats, and complementary bites
Styling techniques for visual impact and easy grazing
How much to serve when entertaining
Tips for prepping ahead and serving with confidence
All of the ingredients you need to create your charcuterie are included. At the end of class, we’ll provide a cake box so you can safely package your creation and take it home to enjoy. You’ll also have the option to purchase a handcrafted board from Sullivan’s Board Company.
No prior experience is needed. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled.
