About this Event
Join Dr. Kate for a unique, collaborative Somato-Respiratory Integration (SRI) experience guided by the needs of the collective.
SRI is a practice that invites you to connect with your body, breath, and inner experience, creating space to explore and move through what may be ready to shift.
While there are 12 Stages of Healing, we will not be following a specific stage or predetermined order. Instead, Dr. Kate will tune into what the collective is calling for in the moment, allowing the experience to unfold organically and intuitively.
Come as you are. Whether you're new to SRI or have explored these practices before, this is an opportunity to slow down, connect inward, and experience the power of healing in community.
What to Expect:

- Connection with your breath, body, and inner awareness
- A supportive space to explore what you and the collective are ready to move through
You don't need to know what stage you're in or have anything figured out. Simply bring yourself, an open mind, and a willingness to explore.
Bring a yoga mat, journal, and anything cozy to help you settle in. Doors open at 5:45 PM. Class begins at 6:00 PM.
